Owing to the priority to serve quality products, various stringent quality tests are conducted from the very initials stage of procurement to the dispatch in the market. We purchase engine / Equipment from Ship Breaking Yards bring them to our workshop at Alang and carry out the following process before delivering the spares to the customers.

• Dismantling of Engine at our workshop with proper tools & Techniques


• Proper cleaning, Including chemical cleaning


• Calibrations, Pressure Testing & other NDT tests


• Painting and other surface treatment


• Sand blasting


• Packing in wooden boxes or as required


• Dispatching the goods as per the dispatch instructions


• Standard Certification by Lloyds DV/DNV/ABS as required


• Quality Standard : SGS, IP Etc.. (For Bauxite & Magnesium Carbonate)
